    TP-LINK UK LTD is seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager to sell Networking infrastructure solutions into vertical markets including Retail, Transport and Logistics and Manufacturing. As market leaders in the SMB networking space TP-LINK UK LTD is looking for someone to develop it’s Omada SDN wired and wireless Enterprise networking solutions.
    This individual must have experience in developing IT business solutions into one or more of these vertical markets and demonstrate a driven, dynamic and ambitious attitude to succeed. This candidate will take responsibility for the business development and on-going management of this market, playing a significant role in the continued success of UK B2B team.

    Duties and Responsibilities 

    •    Develop enterprise network infrastructure business within Retail, Transport and Logistics, or Manufacturing customers across the UK&I. Including Omada Business Wireless, Switching, Routing and CCTV Security products.
    •    Design and execute a clear sales and technical strategy to provide effective networking infrastructure solutions for major customers.
    •    Ability to present, train and educate customers on TP-Link Enterprise networking solutions. Cross sell from competitive brands and work closely with the TP-LINK technical and marketing department to build suitable customer propositions.
    •    Build cross-functional relationships at all levels of customer organization, including C-Level, Directors, Sales, marketing, purchasing and technical. Facilitate relationships with relevant TP-LINK departments to engage with counterparts in each organisation.
    •    Develop a strong pipeline of sales opportunity within target customers and provide regular feedback to the management team on open opportunities, forecasting and quarterly plans.
    •    Manage the end-to-end sales process from concept to execution within each customer and closely manage the ROI and company expenditure in the best interest of the business.

     Desired Skills and Experience

    •    3+ Years experience developing IT solutions in one of more of the key verticals including Retail, Transport and Logistics or Manufacturing.
    •    Full UK driving license with a view to visit customers nationwide depending on office locations, this may entail occasional overnight stop-overs.
    •    Strong customer facing skills with competence in training, presentations, professional business planning and negotiations.
    •    Well organized, detail-oriented and possesses good time management skills. Good problem-solving skills and project management experience will be desirable.

    We are looking for MARKETING Director reporting to country manager. Marketing Director will be managing UK Marketing team and responsible for transplanting business plan and objectives into marketing strategy and supporting marketing campaign plans and tactics for both TP-LINK branding and products, including TP-LINK/Tapo/Mercusys for Consumer market, TP-Link/Omada for B2B market, and TP-Link/Aginet for Telecom Market.     Key Responsibilities:

    •    Develop and implement Branding and PR Strategies to enhance branding and Corporate Identity;

    About the job
    We are seeking for a full time Accounting Assistant with the knowledge of common practice. The individual plays a vital role dealing with all administrative support for Finance Department and closely work with Finance Manager and sales team.


    Key Responsibilities: 
    •    Maintaining the data of customer insurance and updating receivable and receipt information on insurance portal
    •    Managing and updating sales policy in an internal system on a regular basis
    •    Checking claims from customers and collecting required information for manager’s review
    •    Communicating with sales team and customers for any claim issue
    •    Issuing credit notes via an internal system

     

    Desired Skills & Experience:
    •    BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance or relevant field preferred
    •    Working experience with similar job preferred
    •    Good verbal and written communication skills
    •    Great attention to details
    •    Proficient in Excel and skilled with most of functions
    •    Self-motivated but equally work well in a team setting
    •    Enjoy solving problems
